Recovery after disaster is hard. People’s lives are changed forever, and Firebrand Resiliency Collective was founded on the basis of that change. Achieving our mission would not be possible without the continued support of our local community, dedicated foundations, private donors, government agencies, and the countless others who continue to reinforce our approach to community resilience. Recovery Happens at the Speed of Relationships! Together, we can overcome the many obstacles of wildfire recovery on the path to restoration.
With many individuals, families, and businesses still displaced or navigating the often arduous feat of rebuilding, our work is far from over. Many organizations cannot sustain their efforts for the long-haul without continually asking for support. We are hoping to change that.
Our principles, board, and our incredibly determined team of survivors are dedicated to creating models for a sustainable long-term recovery—one that unites existing, top-down recovery mechanisms with a bottom-up, community-created model that can help change the way we “do” disasters in the future.
Until then, your continued support is more valuable than you might imagine. Please, consider supporting our work with a tax-deductible contribution!
